Once a month, Diamond Gate will visit your location and confirm that your gate functions are in good order. We will also replace all minor parts at no additional cost!
Routine Maintenance Agreement with Diamond Gate – Services and Benefits:
• Under this agreement, Diamond Gate Supply and Service, LLC (“Diamond Gate”) will provide monthly maintenance services, including: • Inspect gates for visible damage (note: gate repairs and parts—except minor repairs and parts—are not covered under this agreement) • Perform minor repairs and adjustments, including replacement of minor parts such as brushes, at no additional cost to the Customer • Inspect entrance system components (e.g., telephone entry, keypads, RFID and/or card readers, etc.) • Lubricate hinges, where applicable • Inspect belts, chains, and sprockets, and adjust if necessary • Check all electrical connections and wiring harnesses • Inspect for and clean any corrosion • Apply anti-corrosive spray to terminals, if needed • Check for signs of rodent or insect activity and address if found • Tighten loose bolts • Fully test and operate the gate system • Test the battery backup system, if applicable • Evaluate compliance with relevant safety standards • Provide a detailed maintenance report following each service

Service Schedule
Routine maintenance is performed once per month during regular business hours. Diamond Gate will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and will provide a full service report after each visit.
Exclusions
This agreement does not cover:
• Replacement of parts that are no longer under factory warranty. If needed, we will contact you. If we are unable to reach you, recommendations will be included in the report. • Damage due to acts of nature (e.g., tornadoes, storms, lightning, rain), vandalism, vehicle collisions, pests, misuse, or other factors outside our control. • Emergency repairs, although this maintenance is intended to minimize such needs.
Renewal
The initial Effective Date of this Agreement is the date listed above. The term is twelve (12) months. The Agreement will automatically renew for additional 12-month periods unless either party provides written notice at least sixty (60) days before the then current term ends. Renewal may include a price increase of up to 7% of the total non-discounted annual maintenance cost.
Payment
• Payment is due prior to the Effective Date and each renewal date. • Late payments are subject to the maximum interest rate allowed by law. • Services will not be scheduled or performed unless payment has been received.
Payment Options:
• Customers may pay monthly, and quarterly annually. • Annual payments made via credit card on file are eligible for a 10% discount on the then-current cost.
